Meet Day builds strength training plans for bodyweight, bands, dumbbells and barbell, with a library of 336 exercises. It's made by Davis Studios and is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Common questions

I bought full access. How do I get it on a new phone?

Install Meet Day, open Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play's refund page.

Where is my workout data?

Only on your phone. Meet Day has no accounts and no server, so we can't see, recover or move your data. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

How do I change my plan?

Settings → Retake setup builds a new plan from new answers.

How do I turn reminders off?

Settings → Daily reminder.
